What Do You Know By High Blood Pressure?

What is High Blood Pressure?
High bloodpressure may be rise during pressure exerted by moving blood on the artery walls as a normal response to anxiety and bodily work. The constant high blood pressure can impose more strain on your heart. Heart attacks, arterial diseases and strokes are the consequences of this hypertension.
Checking Your Blood Pressure
Your blood pressure is checked in two values, the systolic, where blood exert pressure when it enters into aorta from the heart and the second is diastolic, where blood impose prssure when the heart ventricles repose between beats. It is measured in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg).
Above the usual Bloodpressure can be explained in an adult as a blood pressure more than or equal to 140 mm Hg systolic pressure, or more than or equal to 90 mm Hg diastolic pressure. But, a blood pressure reading greater than 140/90 determines hypertension and is taken as strange in any age.
